The " Novello" Extra Virgin Olive Oil is otained from the first cold pressing of the new  crop's selected olives from our own plantation and from the best neighbours' seletion. It is produced in small quantities from December until February. Thanks to its delicate pure taste and flavour, gourmets appreciate it greatly. It is suitable for a party dinner or as a gift, thanks to its classic style bottle, which can be placed directly on the table. It is appreciated for dressing salads or uncooked foos as well as for cooking.
